You can learn more by reading Plausible Analytics’ privacy policy and reading the “As a visitor to the plausible.io website section - the only things that don’t apply from their website is that my self-hosted instance of the application is hosted in the United States. not the EU, and that I have no publicly viewable dashboard of the data.
